Information we collect

When you submit the demo request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, business type, team size, current software, and a description of what isn't working today. We do not require any of the optional fields.

This site does not run third party analytics or advertising trackers by default. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to contact you about a demo and to understand whether VesnaGlow is a fit for your business. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How it is stored and shared

Your submission is delivered to our team and to the service providers we use to run our email and customer records. Those providers process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We keep it only as long as needed to follow up with you or as required for our records.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing hello@vesnaglow.com. If you ask us to delete it, we will, except where we need to keep a limited record to meet a legal obligation.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here.
